Richard S. Dellinger

Richard Dellinger is partner with Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor and Reed, P.A. Mr. Dellinger is a litigation attorney and his practice includes civil litigation, commercial litigation, business litigation, intellectual property litigation, federal criminal litigation, wrongful death, and family law. Mr. Dellinger has over 12 years of litigation experience in state and federal court.

Mr. Dellinger handles large commercial matters, and also provides pro bono service to through the Bar’s Legal Aid Society. As a pro bono attorney, Mr. Dellinger advocates for the best interests of abused and neglected children; serves as a teen court judge; serves as a community mediator; and provides domestic relations assistance to victims of domestic violence. Mr. Dellinger serves as a Board Member to the Orange County Bar’s Legal Aid Society and chairs the Legal Aid Society’s Legislative Affairs Committee.
Mr. Dellinger is the past President of the Orlando Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, the current 11th Circuit Vice President for the Federal Bar Association, a member of the Federal Bar Association’s Government Relations Committee, and Vice Chair of the Vice Presidents of the Circuits. Mr. Dellinger is Member of Court’s Historical Society, Bench Bar Committee, and Judicial Relations Committee. Mr. Dellinger is a Barrister in the Inns of Court. Mr. Dellinger is the President of the OCBA’s Foundation, a non-profit committed to local civics education.
Mr. Dellinger is admitted to practice before The Florida Bar and North Carolina Bar. Mr. Dellinger graduated from the University of North Carolina.

The Hon. Patricia A. Doherty

Judge Doherty was appointed as a Circuit Court Judge in May 2010. She was initially assigned to Osceola County, Unified Family Court Division. She has been assigned to Orange County, Circuit Civil Division from January 2012 to the present.

Judge Doherty holds a Juris Doctorate of Law Degree from the University of Florida. She is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree.

Judge Doherty’s professional Activities include: Florida Bar (Civil Rules Procedure Committee); Board of Legal Specialization and Civil Trial Board Certification Committee; Ninth Circuit Grievance Committee (Chair, 1999); Lawyer Referral Committee; Orange County Bar Association (Federal & State Trial Practice Committee; Law Week Committee; Law and Education Committee; Labor & Employment Committee) and the Osceola County Bar Association; Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers (President (1989-1990) and Treasurer (1985-1987); She is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates; and is Board certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar.

Mayanne Downs

Mayanne Downs is a native of Orlando, Florida, where she serves as the first woman City Attorney for the City of Orlando, and practices law as a partner with GrayRobinson, P.A.

Mayanne is a double Gator, with both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida, where she graduated with High Honors, was inducted into Order of the Coif and Florida Blue Key, and was elected to the prestigious University of Florida Hall of Fame. She served in two senior editorial positions at the University of Florida, and also as the Chancellor of the university-wide Student Honor Court.

Mayanne has been active in state and local bar activities, serving as President of the Orange County Bar Association, the Legal Aid Society and the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and, most recently, as the 61st President of The Florida Bar, and a member of the House of Delegates of the American Bar Association.

Mayanne is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and has been recognized by Super Lawyers, Legal Elite, Best Lawyers in America, and selected as one of the Top 50 women lawyers in Florida. Mayanne handles a wide range of litigation matters, including appellate, commercial litigation, business disputes and family law cases. She has represented many high profile clients, local, statewide and national law firms, and obtained the largest reported divorce settlement in the United States. Mayanne also serves on the board of several organizations, including Florida’s Lexis/Nexis advisory board.

Mayanne lives in downtown Orlando, less than one mile from where she grew up. She is the proud mother of Barry, a junior at Berklee College of Music in Boston, and Savannah, a freshman at Auburn University.
