Annie Manatad

Annie Manatad is a Technology Sales Executive with Toshiba Business Solutions. Toshiba is a $78 billion with an extensive range of technology products and service solutions. Within her division, Manatad is responsible for digital devices and displays, barcode printers, copiers, printers, digital kiosks and displays, document management and security solutions, peripherals and software information systems. Manatad is involved with several community organizations and serves on the board of the Asian American Heritage Council, Overture! Young Patrons of the Orlando Philharmonic, and the Metropolitan Business Association. Manatad is an alumni of Rollins College and received her MBA at Villanova University. She currently resides in her hometown of Winter Park, Florida where her parents own a wonderful Thai restaurant called Orchid Thai Cuisine.

Robert Morrison

Bob Morrison was born in Zanesville, Ohio and moved to Central Florida with his family at the age of 14. He graduated from Winter Park High School before heading off to THE Miami University (Ohio) for college where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. As a young professional, he attended graduate school at the University of Central Florida where he earned a Master’s in Business Administration. Bob has two adult children, two more adult step-children, three grandchildren, and is married to Cheryl Brimer Morrison, another participant in Leadership Law 2014.

In his free time, Bob enjoys traveling with Cheryl, boating on the St. John’s River, and playing with Cheryl’s and his three grandchildren.

Bob is the Founder and Managing Partner of Morrison Valuation & Forensic Services, LLC (MorrisonVFS). MorrisonVFS is a professional services consulting firm that provides business valuation and forensic accounting services. Bob has over 10 years of experience in private industry corporate accounting and finance and over 20 years of experience providing valuation, forensic and litigation consulting services.

Bob holds the Accredited Senior Appraiser designation and the Intangible Asset specialty designation in Business Valuations (ASA BV/IA) from the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). He is elected as Chair of the ASA’s Business Valuation Committee and is a national instructor and course developer for the ASA. Bob also is appointed to the Board of Directors for the International Institute of Business Valuers (IIBV) and is an international instructor for the IIBV.

Prior founding MorrisonVFS, Bob served as a senior member and practice leader of three international public accounting firm consulting practices in the areas of financial analysis, forensic accounting, litigation support, business valuation and business damage evaluations. In addition to his client service and practice administration responsibilities, he also served as a national instructor for internal technical training classes. Bob also has served as an adjunct professor in finance at the Bob has provided expert testimony regarding financial and accounting matters in federal and state courts and in arbitration proceedings. He has served as the court appointed Special Master, Arbitrator, and Receiver; and in bankruptcy court as the court appointed Examiner, Chapter 11 Trustee, and specially appointed Chapter 7 Trustee.

Mike Murphy

Mike has been with the Clerk’s office for ten years in various financial positions. Prior to being employed by the Clerk’s office, Mike spent thirteen years with Ernst & Young LLP, one of the world’s largest accounting and advisory firms, where his primary focus was serving local governments and not for profits throughout the state of Florida and the southeast. Mike is a Certified Public Accountant and obtained both his BS in Accounting and MBA from the University of Central Florida. Go Knights!!

Mike was born and raised in Daytona Beach, Florida. His wife, Pam, is from Ft. Pierce, Florida and is VP, Finance and Accounting, for Enterprise Florida, the State of Florida’s Public Private Economic Development agency.
