Ninth Judicial Circuit News

Please feel free to follow the court’s Twitter for news about cases of interest to you and the public. Not all public-interest rulings will be disseminated as in the past.

Immediately - If you have RSVP’d for an OCBA luncheon and find you cannot attend, please cancel your reservation by the published cancellation deadline. To cancel, contact Marie at email@example.com. Phone calls will not be accepted. If you do not cancel, we will follow this policy: • First no-show: We will record your reservation as a no-show; • Subsequent no-shows: You will be invoiced $35 per missed luncheon. Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed a seat. Read important details.

Notice: Marks Street is closed from Magnolia Ave. through Orange Ave. For alternate directions to the OCBA Center, please see notice. The OCBA driveway is one way. When you exit our lot, you must go out the back (by the fence). Doing otherwise may cause an accident since cars will be coming in from Orange. Please read notice.

Beginning March 1, 2016, the Orange County Clerk of Courts will begin defaulting all foreclosure sales that are not paid in full by noon (12:00 p.m.) the next business day following the sale.
