July 8 – Deadline. Ninth Circuit JNC announces a vacancy in the Ninth Judicial Circuit, Circuit Court, resulting from the elevation of Circuit Judge F. Court Appointed Attorney Application - Florida law requires that the Chief Judge of the Circuit (Orange/Osceola) compile a list of attorneys in private practice, by county and by category of cases, and provide the list to the clerk of court in each county. In order to be considered for an appointment, please download and complete the application.
