Grand Cypress Room
The Grand Cypress deluxe meeting room can accommodate up to 100 guests and can be configured for any need, including classroom, boardroom, square, panel discussion and auditorium style. Air walls allow the room to be divided into two conference areas. The room is fully wired for video and sound and includes a 16' x 10' recessed screen for projection and Skype use.
The Palm Room executive boardroom has seating for 16 and a 50" Skype-enabled monitor that can view the entire room.
The Magnolia Room conference room has seating for 12 and a 50" Skype-enabled monitor that can view the entire room.
